Head Sculpting
Based on my previous experience in learning sketching, I started by carving from the bones. Frontal Bone and Parietal Bones Zygomatic Bone,Mandible,Orbits。Then I started to use the Clay brush to gradually add muscles (Zygomaticus Major and Minor, Orbicularis Oris Muscle, Masseter Muscle...)
I looked up some anatomical diagrams and adjusted the positions of the muscles and bones according to the pictures. Finally, I gradually smoothed the ups and downs of the muscles and bones (added skin). I left the position of the eyeball and just carved a sphere, waiting to use the mask later to dig a pit in front of the eyes.

Since I have a lot of assignments this semester, I decided to share assets from the Game Art and Sculpting classes.
In the final 3D design of Munkar, I drew on the costumes of the indigenous people of Malaysia and the masks used during local special festivals (Ancestors' Day). I wanted to show the specialness of Islamic angels, which should not have flesh and blood like ordinary humans. Munkar is described as having a terrifying and serious appearance. I chose crows and copper as the main elements of the design. Crows, as common birds in Malaysia, have mysterious and omnipresent characteristics, just like Munkar, Munkar is everywhere and watching everyone's behavior. I chose copper as one of the elements because it is my favorite metal material. Copper makes me feel restrained and solemn. Using copper elements belongs to my personal style. For the design of Munkar, the material design of leather wrapped copper makes people feel alienated, giving people a cold, solemn and ancient feeling.
In terms of color, the black and copper color scheme is my personal style, it can see the same color scheme in various other designs I have made.
The feathers inserted into Munkar's back are also made of copper, which makes people feel sharp and dangerous. The huge and sharp feathers are inserted/grown on Munkar like spears, which reminds people of religious ritual self-mutilation. The purpose of my design is to further increase the coldness and alienation of Munkar.
